Hypnobirthing

My KG Hypnobirthing Course provides you with gold standard Hypnobirthing and Antenatal Education to prepare you and your partner for pregnancy, birth and the early weeks of parenting.

My virtual course runs over four sessions on dates and at times that best suit you, including evenings, weekdays and weekends (subject to availability). You may attend alone or with your birth partners, who accompany you for free.

The ideal time to start is 24-35 weeks of pregnancy (the sooner the better within this period as you have more time to practice).

As this is a full Antenatal Preparation Course, there is no need to attend additional Antenatal Classes.

The course includes approximately 8 hours teaching, along with course handouts for home reference. A relaxation audio will be provided for daily practice and to use during birth.

I will aprovide you with additional resources, encouragement and support by email or telephone from our first contact until one month after your baby is born. I also offer a birth reflection opportunity.
