You will learn daily activities and balancing techniques which help optimise physiological functions during pregnancy and help your body and your baby best work together in preparing for birth. This preparation helps you overcome some of the effects a modern day lifestyle can have on your body, helping realign your uterus and pelvis through improving ligament tensegrity and also creating more suppleness in soft tissues and joints.
During labour you and your birth partner will recognise if and when to use muscle lengthening techniques and different birth positions, to help baby rotate and help you open your pelvis for more ease during birth. 50% of the work is done by baby, so let’s help him or her out and work as a team for a better birth experience.
The Online Guided Spinning Babies Parent Class – £60
This is best split over 2 sessions;
Session 1 – Comfort in Pregnancy (ideally 25-30 weeks)
Session 2 – Ease of Birth (ideally 35-37 weeks)
However, if you are short on time, the full Parent Class can be combined into one session at any stage of pregnancy.
The Online Guided Spinning Babies Class can be booked as a ‘stand-alone’ session or can be added to the Virtual KG Hypnobirthing Course at a discounted rate. Both courses will be delivered independently of each other.
A Private Group Session(from 2022 onwards)
With your other pregnant friends at home or following another pregnancy session e.g. pregnancy yoga, NCT class, can be delivered at a venue that best suits you. Discounts apply.

£85 Private 1:1 Spinning Babies Parent Class (3 hours, single session) for you and your birth partner, in your own home on a day and at a time that best suits you (subject to availability). Includes Spinning Babies e-book and course handouts, plus my ongoing email/text support until your baby is born.
£95 Private 1:1 Spinning Babies Parent Class (2x 90 minute sessions) in your own home at times and on dates that best suit you. You may choose to have the first session between 20 and 30 weeks for comfort during pregnancy and the second session as birth gets closer, say at 36 weeks of pregnancy when techniques for using during birth will be fresh in your minds. Includes the same as above.
